Sense of humour or gtfo.
I mean come on, I spent two hours arguing over the phone with the cox guy telling him that our signal was weak. After two hours of trouble shooting everything on our network we finally had a guy come out only to tell me that our signal was weak.

Edit: thank god the internet is anonymous

I got them to send it back to my while its waiting on a new optical drive. Apparently the damage is cosmetic but when the new part comes in they are going to send me the shipping info and fix it for free.

With all of the bullshit you've been tolerating, they need to hit you with some compensation. Like a new high end gaming laptop with SLI.

Mr. Rosas is AWESOME!

You will like him. Just a bit more tame than Mr. Padgett, but once he gets adjusted and you get more comfortable, he is just as friendly.

Mr.Rosas is an excellent teacher. You have nothing to worry about as long as show him respect. I do miss Mr.Padgett though and im definitely going to miss Mr. Rosas but im also looking forward to Gullick's class. I doubt that you'll find a teacher that you dislike in the I.T. course.
